1. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION

Each So Lars LaLa piece is made to order and individually finished by hand in France. Please allow up to three weeks from confirmation of your order for production and quality control.

Once your piece is completed, your order will normally ship within two business days.

2. DELIVERY

Delivery times vary according to destination and shipping method. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout begin once your order has shipped and are separate from the made-to-order production period.

Carrier delays, customs processing, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect delivery times.

3. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship to selected international destinations. Available destinations and shipping methods are shown at checkout.

If delivery is not available to your destination, checkout will not be available for that address.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to your delivery destination and available shipping method.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, or other fees depending on the destination.

Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient upon importation. Applicable charges and procedures are determined by the relevant local authorities.
