TERMS OF SALE
1. SCOPE
These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through the So Lars LaLa website.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale. They should be read together with our Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Legal Notice.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available to you under mandatory consumer protection law.

3. OUR PRODUCTS
So Lars LaLa products are individually produced and finished by hand.
Product photographs and descriptions are intended to represent our products as accurately as possible. Because each piece is individually assembled, painted, and finished, subtle variations in color, flower placement, rhinestone placement, texture, and finish may occur.
These variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and do not, by themselves, constitute a defect.
The principal characteristics, materials, dimensions, fit requirements, and colorway of each product are described on its product page.
We may update, modify, or discontinue products offered on the website at any time. This does not affect orders that have already been accepted.
4. ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products.
After receiving your order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address provided during checkout.
We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where payment cannot be authorized, incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed, we are unable to fulfill the order, we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse, or shipping to the destination is unavailable.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the canceled item or order will be refunded.
5. PRICES
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout.
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.
Depending on your delivery destination, customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply. Where these are not collected by us at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may also apply currency conversion or international transaction fees over which we have no control.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you to correct the order or cancel it and issue a refund.
6. PAYMENT
Payment is required when an order is placed.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and payments are processed through our authorized payment providers.
By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you supply is accurate.
7. MADE TO ORDER
Each pair of So Lars LaLa heel jewels is made to order and individually finished.
Please allow up to three weeks for production from confirmation of your order.
Once production is complete, your order will normally ship within two business days.
Production times are estimates. If an unexpected delay materially affects your order, we will contact you where reasonably possible.
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping options and applicable charges are displayed at checkout.
Delivery times following shipment depend on the destination and shipping carrier and are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If you notice an error in your delivery information, contact us as soon as possible at info@larslala.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has shipped.
You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

9. RISK DURING DELIVERY
Responsibility for goods during delivery is determined in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms transfers risk to a consumer earlier than permitted by mandatory consumer protection law. Under EU consumer rules, where applicable, the seller generally remains responsible for goods until they reach the consumer when the seller arranged the delivery.
If an order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us promptly at info@larslala.com so that we can investigate and provide the appropriate remedy.
10. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and applicable consumer protection law.
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, consumers may generally withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason. Certain statutory exceptions may apply.
The fact that an item is produced after an order is placed does not, by itself, affect any statutory rights that apply to the purchase.
Products that are genuinely personalized or made specifically to a customer's individual specifications may be subject to different withdrawal rules where permitted by applicable law.

11. FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If your product arrives damaged, is defective, does not correspond with your order, or otherwise does not conform to applicable legal requirements, please contact us at info@larslala.com.
Please include your order number and, where helpful, photographs showing the issue.
We will assess the matter and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods. Where EU consumer law applies, consumers generally benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or do not conform to what was advertised or agreed.
12. PRODUCT FIT
So Lars LaLa heel jewels are designed for heels 7cm or higher, with a heel width of 5–17mm measured at the base.
Each pair includes four interchangeable heel caps:
5–8mm
8–11mm
11–14mm
14–17mm
They are compatible with most heel shapes within these dimensions but are not recommended for cone heels or extremely curved or comma-shaped heels.
Customers are responsible for checking the fit information provided on the website before ordering.
This does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.
13. PRODUCT CARE AND USE
Products should be used and cared for according to the information provided on the website and with the product.
So Lars LaLa heel jewels are designed as decorative and protective accessories for compatible footwear.
Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, inappropriate cleaning, or use on footwear outside the stated fit specifications may affect the product and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Nothing in this section excludes rights relating to genuine defects or non-conformity under applicable law.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All product designs, photographs, graphics, text, branding, trademarks, and other content associated with So Lars LaLa remain the intellectual property of their respective owner or rights holder.
Purchasing a product does not grant any right to reproduce, manufacture, commercially exploit, or otherwise use our intellectual property.
15. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for losses resulting from misuse of a product, failure to follow provided instructions, or use of a product outside its stated specifications.
These limitations do not affect mandatory consumer rights.
16. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events reasonably outside our control, including transportation disruption, customs delays, natural disasters, industrial action, governmental restrictions, or significant supply-chain disruption.
Where such an event materially affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimize its impact and communicate with the customer where appropriate.
17. CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
Consumers purchasing within the European Union may benefit from statutory rights concerning online purchases, withdrawal, delivery, faulty goods, and legal guarantees.
Where mandatory consumer law provides greater protection than these Terms, the mandatory law will apply.
18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws applicable to So Lars LaLa Limited, subject always to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in the customer's country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of protections afforded by mandatory law that cannot contractually be excluded.
19. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time.
The Terms applicable to an order are those in effect when that order is placed.
